In the unlikely event that your find a manufacturing or materials defect
3Birds guarantees to the initial buyer of the golf clubs for personal use that they will operate in compliance with the terms outlined in this warranty document.
Product Warranty
3Birds Limited provides a warranty for its golf clubs, accessories and associated products purchased through an authorized 3Birds Limited retailer or distributor. These items are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period specified below from the date of purchase. Within this period, 3Birds Limited will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product, component, or part at no cost to the consumer. The replacement may consist of either a new or refurbished product. Please note that damage caused by third parties is not covered by this warranty, and it excludes issues such as paint scratches, surface rust, cosmetic blemishes, or other normal wear and tear.
• Golf Clubs – 2 Years
• Golf Bag – 1 Year
The warranty periods mentioned above commence from the date of delivery and provide protection against structural integrity failures resulting from defective workmanship or materials, in accordance with the restrictions, terms, and exemptions detailed in this warranty.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable. The Golf Clubs and/or Golf Bag must not be altered or modified from its original state, except for the attachment or installation of 3Birds approved accessories. This warranty is the sole warranty offered by 3Birds and supersedes any other implied or verbal agreements. The warranty remains in effect and does not reset upon product replacement or repair.
In the unlikely event that a Golf Club or Bag replacement is necessary, the replacement Golf Club or Bag will be of the same model; however, specifications may be subject to change. If the model is no longer available, a store credit will be issued for the original purchase value.
Should any such defects become evident, the Purchaser must notify 3Birds or its representative in writing within seven days of detecting such a defect, or the Warranties will not be applicable. This notice should include a precise description of the defect, photographic evidence of the issue, and the circumstances under which it was observed. (Email: sales@3birds.co.nz).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by New Zealand's laws, 3Birds, its agents, or employees shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, which may include but are not limited to the loss of use, data, business, or profits. If these materials are acquired for business purposes, as defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("the Act"), the Act's provisions shall not be applicable to the materials so acquired. The consumer acknowledges that using the Golf Clubs & other products sold by 3 Birds can carry inherent risks and hazards when used incorrectly, making them potentially dangerous. Personal injury or even death may result from such improper use. The customer accepts and assumes all these risks and, in accordance with the law, hereby waives the right to take legal action against, and completely releases 3 Birds from any loss, damages, personal injury, or death resulting from, or related to, the customer's participation in such activities. 3 Birds will not be responsible for expenses related to, but not limited to, delivery expenses, or labour costs associated with the replacement of a Golf Club or accessory.
Servicing Requirement
Should a defect occur, a replacement part will be dispatched for the user to install as needed. The user is responsible for all servicing and repairs, which must be conducted following any instructions provided by 3Birds unless otherwise indicated. Please be aware that residents in rural areas may encounter extended lead times.
Returns Policy
All transactions are full and final. Purchases can not be returned due to a change of mind or circumstances. No returns are accepted unless due to a successful warranty claim.
